Job Opportunity: Blood Banking Laboratory Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Blood Banking Laboratory Technologist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing specialized procedures, training and teaching laboratory personnel, and contributing to our continuing education program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently perform complex laboratory procedures and tests.
  • Train and mentor laboratory personnel to ensure high-quality results.
  • Verify and check documentation of laboratory procedures and results.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of laboratory procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate's Degree in Science
  • Experience in a laboratory setting is highly preferred
