Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at Grace Federal Solutions LLC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes. This is a contract on-site role for a RN Labor and Delivery Nurse in Holly Springs, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients in Labor and Delivery, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing education and support to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe and clean hospital environment.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of nursing experience, preferably in Labor and Delivery.
  • Able to circulate for C-sections and triage for OB.
  • ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing, or BSN from an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC), ACLS (AHA or ARC), and AWHONN (intermediate) certification.
