  • Execute inventory transfers using the state’s traceability software.
  • Monitor, document, and assist in scheduling vehicle services and maintenance tasks.

  • Organize and categorize inventory and sales data for reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, receiving, or inventory management.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate within a team setting.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Eagerness to learn about and safely operate facility equipment.
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical capability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to register with the state’s cannabis commission as an agent.
  • Compliance with all industry-related laws, regulations, and policies is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a regulated production environment (food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with pallet jacks is preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements

The role requires frequent stationary positioning, movement, communication, and operation of tools or controls. Employees must occasionally lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for the majority of their shift. Comfort with heights is necessary, as the role may involve using ladders to service equipment up to 25 feet high. Adaptability to varying environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity, is essential. Exposure to natural elements such as pollen and dust is common.
