Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice, and defined by ANA, ENA, BSBHS, and organization protocols, policies, procedures, and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in emergency nursing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting. The successful candidate will be able to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State, if resident of that state.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services or a similar acute care setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications within 6-12 months of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
