Role Overview:
The MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Imaging Specialist will support and guide patients throughout their MRI examinations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Licensure:
For Registered MRI Technologists:
One of the following certifications is required: (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (AR
MRIT), Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT), Certified Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR)(ARRT))
For Non-Registered MRI Technologists:
Required certifications include: (Radiologic Technologist by the State of Indiana and ARRT(R) Registry. OR Radiology Student Permit by the State of Indiana and ARRT registry eligible. ARRT(R) registry and Radiologic Technologist License by the State of Indiana must be obtained within six months.
ARRT(MR), AR
MRIT or CAMRT registration must be achieved within two years from the start of employment.)
