Job Description

  • Observe job sites and report any issues and important updates to the Roofing Solutions' Project Manager and Superintendent.
  • Represent the company with the Client (General Contractor, Owner, Architect) concerning the project by attending Prebid meetings, Bid openings, and project progress meetings.
  • Perform job site inspections and document progress regarding construction, safety, housekeeping, materials, crews, and equipment.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials and manage inventory at the job sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial roofing projects.
  • Understanding of commercial roofing.
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish (Nice to have).
