Job Title: Electrical Project Coordinator

LiveWire Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and report any issues to the Project Manager.
  • Assist the Foreman with daily and weekly paperwork to ensure accurate communication and data reporting.
  • Prepare and submit requisitions for materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
  • Monitor project budget vs. actual to identify any potential threats to meeting the projected budget.
  • Assist the Project Manager with preconstruction activities, including submittals, schedules, work plans, and safety plans.
  • Prepare and distribute documentation and reports to necessary parties.
  • Monitor schedule dates and alert the Project Manager of any potential delays.
  • Assist with close-out activities, including preparing punch-lists, warranties, and O&M manuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Highly organized, self-managed, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
