Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

A leading provider of diagnostic and clinical services is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray technology located in Morgantown, WV. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services that enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Unload portable X-ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician. Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images.
  • Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required).
  • Scan exam-related paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis per protocol.
  • Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.
  • Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
  • Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment.
Requirements
  • ARRT, current (Must Have)
  • X-ray licensures for (West Virginia)
  • Flexibility in work hours to meet the needs of the clients.
  • West Virginia RT License and VA/WV licenses are a plus but not required, and a limited license is not accepted.
  • The Radiologic Technologists may push/pull anywhere from 50 - 100 lbs.
Benefits
  • Location: Morgantown, WV.
  • Hourly Pay: $29.00 - $30.00
  • Full Time: Monday - Friday
  • Part-Time: Friday - Sunday (with rotating weekends, on-call, holidays, etc.)
  • Weekend Requirements: Based on caseload - will constitute overtime if needed
  • On-Call Requirements: Yes - discussed at interview
  • Possible Relocation: Yes - discussed at the interview
