Our offerings include inpatient acute hospital services at UF Health Leesburg Hospital and UF Health The Villages Hospital, as well as rehabilitation services and diagnostic laboratory services across multiple locations. In this role, under the guidance of the director, clinical coordinator, or charge nurse, the Registered Nurse will apply the nursing process to facilitate patient care. This includes conducting nursing assessments, making diagnoses, developing care plans based on these diagnoses, and implementing and evaluating the care plans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in acute care with a focus on cardiac patients. This is a full-time position with day shifts available and eligibility for a sign-on bonus.
Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Valid Florida Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
Special Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is essential.
- Experience in ICU, CVICU, PCU, or Med-Surg with cardiac patients is highly preferred.
