High Tech LPN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to provide specialized nursing care to technology-dependent patients in their homes.

This role involves working with a young adult client, 4 nights a week, to provide comprehensive care and support. No experience is required, as we will provide thorough training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families
  • Provide high-tech nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and education
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Utilize innovative technology to monitor and manage complex medical conditions
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in Vermont
  • Two or more years of directly related home/public health, hospice, and/or maternal/child health nursing experience
  • Previous home care experience a plus
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
What We Offer:
