Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager at Supreme Fitness Group, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians.
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members, and guests, and ensuring team members follow superior customer service guidelines.
  • Managing front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-up, and facilitating member requests and issues.
