Key Responsibilities:

- Managing incoming calls, providing expert guidance on products and services.
- Overseeing client accounts within our Order Management System (OMS).
- Ensuring precise data entry and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Addressing client inquiries comprehensively, aiming for resolution in a single interaction.
- Responding to email inquiries promptly, with a goal of a 24-hour response time.
- Processing online orders and engaging clients with product insights and education.

- Handling daily closing tasks and monthly account statements as required.
- Assisting with various customer needs as they arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
