A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer is required for this position.

Job Overview:
  • This part-time role involves collecting trash from residents' doorsteps and transporting it to the onsite compactor at the apartment community.
Responsibilities:
  1. Operate a pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer to transport trash bags collected from doorsteps to the onsite compactor.
  2. Take required photos using our mobile app during service, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance.
  3. Work in close proximity to home, serving multiple apartment communities with assigned properties within a 10-15 minute drive.
Schedule:
  1. Typically scheduled Sunday through Thursday, with hours ranging from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, although shifts may vary by property.
  2. Shifts are 2-4 hours long, with some positions potentially having earlier start/end times, and Sundays may require additional hours.
  3. This part-time position offers 10-15+ hours per week.
Compensation:
  • Hourly pay: Up to $21.00 per hour.
  • Associates with a pickup truck or vehicle using a trailer will receive the higher end of our pay range to compensate for the use of their vehicle.
  • Earn hourly pay as you work using EarnIn.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  2. A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  3. Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle.
  4. Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  5. Able to walk the distance of the property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  6. Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the day.
  7. Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
