Critical Care Nursing Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing your specialized knowledge and skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based policies and procedures.

Requirements
- A current state RN license and a bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Associates degree required.
- Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification is required on hire.
- ACLS required upon hire, BLS is not required if employee has current ACLS.
- TNCC Certification within 6 months of hire.
- 1 year ICU experience preferred.
