Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process analysis and needs assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain complex software applications using engineering releases and utilities.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems to devise computer programs and related procedures.
  • Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submit recommendations for solution.
  • Develop coding logic flowcharts and prepare program specifications and diagrams.
  • Encode, test, debug, and install operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments.
  • Review progress and evaluate results, reporting inconsistencies to management and suggesting problem resolutions and business process improvements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong SQL skills and previous experience with testing automation are highly preferred.
