We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Resources Float Pool Team. The ideal candidate will have Progressive Care and Telemetry Nursing experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and function as a patient advocate.
- Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients.
- Coordinate patient and family/significant other education.
- Continuously plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement patient plans of care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient information and changes in patient condition in a timely manner.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider ACLS certification.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider PALS certification (for Emergency Department only).
