AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in downtown Los Angeles. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for protecting our assets and ensuring the safety of our staff, tenants, contractors, guests, and visitors at our Healthy Housing (HHF) properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to protect personnel and assets, including inventory of donations, at our Healthy Housing tenant facilities.
  • Oversee and coordinate the in-house Security Guards Team.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures designed to achieve our mission.
  • Recognize and respond to potentially dangerous situations in a safe and effective manner.
  • Enhance the reputation of AHF by being friendly, professional, and disciplined in the performance of duties.

Requirements:

  • Active Security Guard Card is required.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 6am-6pm schedule.
