The Job Description
Prepare and process engineering installation orders, coordinating with freight carriers and installers for delivery scheduling, shipment tracking, and problem resolution. Perform all transactions in the warehouse management system.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliations, ensuring accuracy between physical counts and SAP on-hand balances.
  • Loading and unloading materials, confirming shipments against load BOL's, and verifying part numbers, quantities, and serial numbers against material pack lists.
  • Picking orders from daily requisitions, completing SAP system transactions, and verifying parts, quantities, and serial numbers being removed from on-hand inventory.
  • Receiving RMA, de-installing, and field returns, validating part, quantity, and serial number against return paperwork, and processing receipt transactions in the Equipment Return Tool and SAP systems.
  • Identifying and resolving exceptions, including system issues, data inconsistencies, and other problems that may arise.
  • Performing periodic on-call after-hours shipment requests.
Requirements
  • High School degree/GED
  • Minimum 1+ years warehouse experience, including direct operation in the warehouse management system
  • Computer systems knowledge and skills, as well as experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word applications
  • Familiarity and experience in warehouse fundamentals, including material receipt, order fulfillment, RMA returns, and inventory management
  • Able to operate a forklift, load and unload materials, ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work individually or within a team, and have the ability to monitor and work from logical inventory work queues
  • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, and good oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible in job tasks and able to perform on-call and call-out duties 24/7 on rotational basis
  • Able to learn systems and processes quickly
Compensation:
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. $40,838 - $54,450 in TX.
