We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at Lake Granbury Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Promote patients' independence by establishing care goals and teaching patients and families to understand their conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Current Texas RN license.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- TNCC certification upon hire, with a requirement to obtain within the first year.
- PALS or ENBC certification.
- At least one year of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
