Exciting Opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
We are pleased to present a remarkable opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with a highly skilled team of Neonatologists and fellow NNPs in the Tyler, TX region.
Key Highlights:
- Must be a Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Work schedule consists of seven 24-hour shifts within a 28-day timeframe
- Join a smaller healthcare facility in the Tyler area
- NICU services are provided by both NNPs and Neonatologists
- The average daily census over the past six months has been 24 neonates
- NNPs are required to attend deliveries of premature infants, twins, or high-risk babies
- On average, there are 5 deliveries per day
- Attractive compensation package with a 5% annual quality bonus - 2.5% of base salary paid biannually
- Sign-on bonus is negotiable
