Store Director

We're looking for a talented Store Manager to join our team, who can contribute to the growth of their career and help us achieve our goals. As a Store Manager, you'll be accountable for Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources within a high-volume store location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative plans to increase store sales and optimize business performance
• Manage store expense control and payroll to drive profitability
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers
• Provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers to ensure their ability to be promoted to Store Manager positions

What We're Looking For:

• Three to five years' retail leadership experience as a Store or District Manager
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team
• Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills

Compensation:

This is a bonus-eligible position with a starting pay range of $73,400.00 to $100,900.00 annually. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
