About the Role:

Richcroft is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and grooming
  • Accompany individuals on outings and activities, promoting social engagement and community participation
  • Support individuals in developing independent living skills, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Current driver's license with less than three points on driving record
  • Reliable transportation for transporting individuals within the community
