Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Screens Fabrication Associate to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the fabrication and production of component parts for the final assembly of windows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
  • Support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows.
  • Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers to perform workstation functions.
  • Understand and carry out verbal instructions, read and carry out simple written instructions, and read work orders, labels, and schedules.
  • Use a tape measure to read measurements, inspect, examine, and observe for product defects.
  • Make fraction and decimal conversions and operate equipment needed to perform a job.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and provide on-the-job training to new employees.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect and examine products for defects.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.
  • Basic math skills, including fraction and decimal conversions.
  • Ability to work with hand or power tools and operate equipment safely.
