We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lobby Coordinator to join our team at Instep Federal Credit Union.

This role is vital to our institution as you will be the first point of contact for members and guests. In addition to traditional receptionist duties, you will also handle digital requests, making this a dynamic and technology-driven role.

• Greet and assist members and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Manage lobby traffic efficiently, ensuring that members are directed to the right employees or resources.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members or departments.
• Perform transactions over the phone, including transfers, loan payments, and other financial services.
• Handle instant issue debit card requests.
• Manage digital communication channels, including emails, online inquiries, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Provide basic information regarding credit union products, services, and promotions.
• Handle member complaints and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail as needed.
• Assist with digital banking requests, including online inquiries and account openings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Always maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in digital communication channels and have a strong understanding of credit union products and services.
