Full-Time Special Education Teaching Opportunity

BlazerJobs, in collaboration with the local school district, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Inclusive Learning Specialist for a full-time position during the 2024-2025 school year in Skiatook, OK.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced teacher who can create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing differentiated instruction, and collaborating with general education teachers and parents to ensure student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide instruction that caters to diverse learning styles
  • Collaborate with support staff and parents to foster a positive learning environment
  • Conduct regular assessments and track student progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
  • State Certification in Special Education
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
