Tandym Group is seeking a skilled Clinical Risk Manager to lead the Quality and Risk Department in one of our esteemed healthcare systems in New York.
- Location: Bronx
- Specialty: Risk Management
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours
- Reporting to: the Director of Risk Management and the Chief Quality Officer
The Clinical Risk Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day risk management activities, including:
- Assisting in the planning, direction, and coordination of risk identification, prevention, and evaluation, with recommendations for action to improve quality of care and patient safety.
- Investigating, managing, and analyzing risk management data in accordance with The Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RN license
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- NY state license
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
