Dishroom Attendant

Forest Ridge Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

• Ensure the kitchen and dishwashing areas are clean, well-maintained, and organized at all times.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and protocols to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a high level of food safety.
• Collect and remove trash from all areas, ensuring the waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as directed, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and emptying bins and boxes.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment used in the kitchen.
• Check chemical levels and inventory to ensure proper functioning of equipment and maintain a safe working environment.
• Wash, wipe, sort, and stack dishes, and load/unload the dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the manager.
• Assist with light food preparation as directed by the manager.
