Job Title: Pediatric Hematologist

Job Summary:

The University of Utah is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hematologist to join our team. As a Pediatric Hematologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to children with blood disorders and cancers. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children with blood disorders and cancers
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct research and participate in clinical trials to advance the field of pediatric hematology
  • Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
  • Completion of a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology fellowship program
  • Strong clinical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
