Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Interior Senior Superintendent to oversee and manage prestigious construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of both interior design and construction methodologies, coupled with a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinating schedules and collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
  • Supervise onsite staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency protocols.
  • Evaluate and approve project plans and specifications, proactively identifying potential design or construction challenges.
  • Oversee interior construction activities, including drywall installation, painting, flooring, and fixture placements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure and organized job site.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure all work meets or exceeds established standards.
  • Manage project budgets, optimizing resources and controlling costs.
  • Address and resolve any project-related issues or disputes, ensuring client satisfaction.


Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a comparable role within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-rise, resort, and commercial construction projects.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design and construction practices.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Familiarity with construction health and safety regulations.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
