Key Responsibilities:
- Offer specialized knowledge on Fill Finish operations, particularly in Parts Preparation, Compounding, and Filling Line processes.
- Initiate and oversee improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency while reducing contamination risks.
- Convert benchmark data into practical enhancements within the organization, assisting sites with proactive troubleshooting as required.
- Collaborate with site engineering, manufacturing, and support teams to implement cost-effective and efficient operations through improvement initiatives and capital projects.
- Establish and uphold best practices, standards, and specifications for Fill Finish engineering.
- Engage in the planning and execution of capital projects, ensuring reliability is integrated into facility and equipment design.
Candidate Profile: You are an innovative engineer with a strong commitment to advancing the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. With extensive experience in fill finish processes, you excel in strategic roles that shape long-term planning rather than day-to-day operations. You are enthusiastic about broadening your influence on a global and multi-site level.

Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Fill Finish Engineering within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Fill Finish technical operations and asset lifecycle management.
- Thorough knowledge of Parts Preparation, Compounding, and Fill Line operations, including Isolator technology.
- Proven project management capabilities, including financial management skills.
- Familiarity with FDA and EMEA regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to influence at both site and global levels.
- Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Established connections within the life sciences industry and active participation in industry forums.
- Experience in contamination control and the development of engineering specifications.
