ICU CNA Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled ICU CNA Technician to join our team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, phlebotomy, and specimen collection
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Perform hourly rounding on patients to ensure their needs are met
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of related technical experience, preferably in ICU or ED setting
- EMT or nursing aide certification highly preferred
- BLS certification required
