Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body
  • Position patients for optimal image quality and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements

To be successful as a CT Technologist, you will need:

  • A degree in radiologic technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a registered technologist (RT) in radiography
  • Experience working with computed tomography scanners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
