Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating complex diagnostic and interventional radiographic equipment, participating in IR procedures, and maintaining aseptic conditions preparing patients for procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate complex diagnostic and interventional radiographic equipment
  • Participate in IR procedures within the IR departments, peri-op environments, bedside, and elsewhere as needed
  • Maintain aseptic conditions preparing patients for procedures and participating in cases
  • Calibrate and verify operation of all equipment to be used during the day and notify appropriate personnel of equipment malfunctions
  • Network CT exam data, segments exam when necessary, and transmits images to PACS
  • Perform proper post-processing of all images and sends all appropriate images to PACS
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage
Requirements
  • Radiography RT license in the state of MA, R.T(R)
  • Radiography CT license in the state of MA, R.T.(CT)
  • ARRT certification
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of Radiography experience
