Position Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the roles of General Laborer, Machine Operator, and limited Heavy Equipment Operator. These positions are essential for the smooth operation of our fast-paced manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of our production team, you will:
  • Support daily manufacturing operations.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or similar setting is preferred.
  • Strong self-motivation and effective time management skills.
  • The capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
  • A general understanding of maintenance fields such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Work Schedule
Our shifts include:
