Job Title: Clinical Manager Registered Nurse

At Medi Home Hospice, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Manager Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and health of our patients.
  • Adhere to our policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Identify patient and family needs, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide supportive care in accordance with physician orders, ensuring seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to our patients.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an accredited/certified registered nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of NC.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in direct patient care, with hospice nursing experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and company-required auto liability insurance.
