Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Provide therapy services as needed on a regular basis
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Current MA OT therapy license or license eligible to practice in the state
  • Prefer management experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting and/or demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to work with geriatric population to improve their quality of life
