Position Summary:
As an Insulation Technician, you will play a crucial role in the precise installation of insulation materials across various properties. Your contributions will directly influence energy conservation, temperature regulation, and the overall satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in insulation installation, a strong commitment to quality, and a proactive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install a variety of insulation materials, including fiberglass, foam, and cellulose, in both residential and commercial environments.
  • Assess job sites to identify the appropriate type and quantity of insulation required for each project.
  • Accurately measure and cut insulation materials to fit designated areas.
  • Seal gaps and joints to maximize insulation effectiveness and energy efficiency.
  • Operate equipment such as blowers or sprayers safely for insulation application.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any questions or concerns.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Insulation Technician or in the construction field.
  • Understanding of insulation materials and fundamental construction practices.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient insulation work.
  • Physical capability to handle insulation materials and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in insulation installation.
