Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Soliant. As an OT, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapy programs to help patients regain independence and improve their functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation results and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Administer occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an outpatient or rehabilitation facility.
