Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center. As an Autism Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with autism and their families.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals with ASD reach their full potential and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team of clinicians and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth. They will also provide ongoing support and guidance to family members and caregivers.

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on individualized assessments and goals.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation of treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with family members and caregivers to ensure they are informed and supported throughout the treatment process.

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
