About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work in our Juvenile Detention Center. As a Juvenile Detention Officer I, you will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and managing juveniles held in the center. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to rehabilitation and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and monitor juveniles in the detention center
  • Manage daily activities and ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Provide guidance and support to juveniles to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective rehabilitation programs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience as a juvenile detention officer or related detention facility experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
