Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Plumber to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Braze and solder copper pipe to ensure leak-free connections
  • Work with PVC pipe to install and repair plumbing systems
  • Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance, and repair techniques
  • Read blueprints and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborate with Electricians, Welders, and Assemblers on projects as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial plumbing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
