Job Summary

Empath Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Evening/Weekend Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients and their families, working under the guidance of physicians to identify and coordinate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to maximize comfort and quality of life
  • Provide preventative and supportive care to patients and their families, utilizing assessment, intervention, and teaching skills
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year related experience and/or training
  • Valid Florida license as a Registered Nurse
  • Valid Florida State Driver's License
  • CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
