This role plays a critical part in ensuring the financial stability and operational efficiency of the cooperative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the cooperative's cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize the use of financial resources.
  • Oversee short-term and long-term investment strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks, including interest rate and currency exposure.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investment partners.
  • Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity analysis, and investment performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of treasury management, corporate finance, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
