The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a government setting and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages. Key responsibilities include responding to escalated inquiries, maintaining excellent customer service skills, and working in a team environment. The Excalibur Group offers a competitive pay rate of $18.74/hr + H&W and a temporary assignment with a standard schedule of Mon. - Fri. 8:30am - 5pm, except Federal Holidays.
