Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned duties under the direction of the Registered Professional Nurse, demonstrating positive behavior and the ability to implement a plan of care.
  • Provide Surgeons with the appropriate sterile instruments and supplies throughout the course of surgery, requiring detailed knowledge of surgical instruments and prescribed procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
  • Experience in arterial duplex, ABI/PVR, carotid, venous, venous insufficiency, abdominal aorta, and renal ultrasounds.
  • Ability to perform general sonography.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of vascular ultrasound experience.

Certifications and Licenses:

  • AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
  • ARDMS-RVT certification or eligible to obtain.
