Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry advancements.

Certifications and Licensures:

  • Current RN licensure required.
  • CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
  • CRRN certification preferred (we can assist you in obtaining it).
  • One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
