Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to safeguard guests and property.
  • Serve as the primary responder to alarms and medical emergencies, maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive matters.
  • Carry out thorough internal investigations of incidents, providing comprehensive and objective reports for each shift.
  • Identify and address immediate safety concerns; respond to incidents and provide emergency assistance as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed logs and notes, ensuring effective communication of relevant information to subsequent shifts.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Additional Duties:

  • Uphold the company's image and vision.
  • Utilize financial resources efficiently.
  • Engage in continuous training and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Regularly assess and enhance operational procedures.
  • Contribute to the planning of future company initiatives.
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for all guests.

Qualifications:

  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or other relevant training.
  • Possession of valid professional credentials as required by local regulations.
  • Certification in CPR/AED and first aid, or the ability to obtain such certification.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving and criminal history.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Compensation:

Base Pay Start Rate: $1 Shift Differential Pay.
