**Role Summary**

The Registered Nurse position at the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team in Geriatrics & Extended Care. This role involves providing nursing care to Veterans with complex needs, including hospice, dementia, short-stay rehabilitation, and long-stay care.

**Responsibilities**
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Document patient information accurately and timely
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
**Requirements**
  • BSN or ADN required; BSN preferred
  • Current licensure as a RN in any US state or territory
  • 1-2 years of experience in geriatric care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement program, pension plan, and 401(k) matching.
