Alumni Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Medical Oncologist and/or Hematologist to join our esteemed team at Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay, Oregon. Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Medical Oncologist and/or Hematologist to join our renowned cancer center. The ideal candidate will have experience practicing Radiation Oncology, with a strong record or recent graduate preferred. The successful candidate will work in a beautiful facility with a new 19-chair infusion room, onsite mixing pharmacy, and nurse navigation. The role will involve collaborating with a high-caliber team, including radiation oncologists, and working with a robust network of support and collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with various types of cancer, including hematological and solid tumors. The role will involve conducting clinic visits, collaborating with infusion teams, and working with radiation oncologists to provide comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Board Eligibility (BE) or Board Certification (BC) in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology

• Experience practicing Radiation Oncology, with a strong record or recent graduate preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a high-caliber team
