Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a brand new medical detox facility in Northern Georgia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and overseeing the daily operations of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Medical Director in providing substance abuse and mental health services
- Direct and coordinate medical services and care in coordination with the Medical Director and other areas of the organization
- Supervise MHTs and LPNs, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients during their stay
- Provide initial evaluations and follow-ups, as well as telehealth visits for initial intakes
- Manage the daily operations of the new detox facility, including staff oversight and management
Requirements:
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience working in a rehab/detox setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
